My name is Ryan Flynn. I am a graduate of Illinois College with a B.A. in History with minors in psychology and political science. I am an avid writer, with one book under my belt called “Barbara Farley: A True Blue First Year,” a book on the president of my college, the first woman president of Illinois College. I also blog A LOT, with a website titled RyanWilliamFlynn.com, which hosts my interview series Voice A Story, which focuses on inspirational and intriguing people and their stories.
My goal by working with the Leila Grace Foundation is to prove that you do not need to be a survivor of sexual assault or other interested party to get involved with such an organization. I want to prove that we all should have a vested interest in sexual assault awareness and protecting those that we care about from sexual assault.
Using my writing experience and other skills, I hope to provide the Leila Grace Foundation with new avenues for its mission and to bring other young writers and professionals to the organization as skilled contacts.
