and urbanization, several cases of sexual assaults have been reported across the world. Both men and women have been victims of these circumstances. But the

advantage to the perpetrators to continue with these ill motive behaviors. In this article, we will try to find out what it takes for a victim of sexual assault to
freely come out and talk about their story to others so that they can get assisted

1. You need to be courageous enough
Not many people can always be courageous enough to expose their personal life to others for the fear of what they may say or how they may react to your
situation. This is why most sexual assault victims have not been able to speak about how or when they were assaulted and what they felt during the assault.
Courage can help you find immediate assistance.

2. You need to be selfless.
You may think that you are the first person to be caught in this situation. Think about others in your condition. This is because if you can choose to be selfless
enough, then by speaking about your experience during the rape, your information may help others so that they do not fall victims of the assault.

3. You need strength
It’s obvious that the survivors of sexual assault are always left weak and defenseless. If you are to tell your story to a friend after this crisis, then you need to
obtain some strength since you may be able to lose focus when you are narrating the story and you may faint or even die when you remember how you have been assaulted.
Ways in which the survivors can talk about their experience.

Taking to your friends about sensitive issues may not be that simple. You can choose document what you experienced in a writing and either share them with
your friends on social media if you intend to change the life of other people with your story.
You may also just visit them when they are in a good mood so that you share with them as they can be able to console you or give you moral advice that you
can take.

If you are good at acting or singing, then this will be a good way to let your idea flow through your song or drama. Your song will contain the message on the
experience you got on the day you were assaulted
